Situated in the London Borough of Wandsworth, Furzedown has a relaxed atmosphere with a good selection of convenience shops and local, independent shops. It boarders its larger neighbours Tooting and Streatham and has a close-knit feel with its abundance of green space to walk and run around, provided by Tooting Common. Balham is a quick 20 minute walk past the duck pond and swings. Furzedown offers Edwardian style houses with charming red brick exteriors.  

Transport isn't as convenient as other places but Tooting Broadway is easily accessible, with links with Northern Line tubes and Thameslink rail services.
