Since purchasing the property in 2015 my clients have made numerous improvements and upgrades to create a comfortable home with a welcoming feel. For large weekly shops, there is the enormous Sainsbury’s on Townmead Road, and for dinner and drinks with friends, there is the hugely popular Sands End pub which is as good a local as one could ever hope to have on their doorstep. This southern pocket of Fulham was greatly enhanced with the development of Imperial Wharf, and I think it will continue to flourish as the Chelsea Creek redevelopment works its way up towards the Kings Road.
