Nicola & India founded Heritage Homes back in 2021 to offer a bespoke service to the real estate industry here on the stunning island of Mallorca. Nicola has been coming to the island for the past 30 years with her family and relocated 10 years ago. India started coming to the island when she was just a child, and 17 years ago chose to settle in the beautiful South West of Mallorca.
