Libby has been in the property industry for over 25 years, starting in Barnes, London in 1999, and going on to manage offices for a well respected independent agency in Richmond, Surrey for many years, before heading up a flagship office in Sloane Square for a multi national real estate agency.

Subsequently she started up her own, hugely successful agency in Mayfair, W1 where she was able to offer a very bespoke property service, individually built for each client.

After relocating back to Harrogate, North Yorkshire, she now owns Barclay Watt Estates which successfully operates in both Harrogate and Prime Central London, offering a completely tailored approach to each client, from sourcing and acquiring property for high net worth individuals and busy professionals, to selling homes both on and off market for clients both in Harrogate and London.Libby strongly believes in building up strong business relationships with her clients and approaches each sale and acquisition on a bespoke basis, on the understanding that 'one size doesn't fit all'. This has enabled her to retain clients over two decades who come back again and again with their property needs.
