Caroline brings nearly 40 years of experience in the London property market, establishing herself as a trusted and knowledgeable expert in the industry. A regulated ARLA member since the 1990’s, Caroline has successfully navigated a wide range of legal changes and challenges, always staying ahead of industry developments.

Her career began at a large corporate estate agency where she managed offices across key London locations. During her time there Caroline developed a strong understanding of the diverse property needs across different areas working with a wide range of clients and building long-term relationships. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for her move to help set up a boutique independent agency, specialising in high-end riverside apartments. Here she worked closely with both UK and overseas developers and investors, becoming known for her honest, professional approach and her ability to nurture lasting business relationships.

In 2017, Caroline joined one of the UK’s most respected upper-market international estate agencies as a Senior Manager, overseeing Fulham and surrounding areas. She later moved to manage their Earlsfield office in Southwest London, where she now resides and has raised her two sons. Caroline has a deep-rooted knowledge of the Southwest London property market, having grown up in Battersea and worked in the area from an early age, giving her a unique edge when it comes to advising clients on property in the region.

With a wealth of experience working for two of London’s biggest estate agencies and beyond, Caroline now offers a personal and bespoke service to her clients.
